By the end of 2023, there will be a brand new hotel on the block:
Next year will see one of the main gateways into Blackpool transformed by the opening of a new four-star Holiday Inn, Marco Pierre White New York Italian restaurant and tramway extension linking the main rail station at Blackpool North to the seafront.
The 144-bedroom hotel is the latest in a series of 'next generation' hotels to be built in Blackpool.
Hampton By Hilton Extension
One of the first next-generation hotels, the Hampton by Hilton, opened at South Beach in 2018. Due to its success, anew £7m extension is currently under construction.
The development will provide 74 additional bedrooms, a larger and more efficient kitchen & breakfast area, as well as flexible meeting & business spaces, which will all greatly increase the hotel’s capacity and efficiency. Plus, guests will benefit from a larger gym space, more interconnected family rooms and the most up-to-date Hilton interior designs and specifications.
