Sport Blackpool have said: "This is a fantastic opportunity to bring PE & School Sport and the world-famous Blackpool Illuminations together for a unique programme that will see children from Blackpool Schools light up the football pitch with their skills at the Fit2Glow Football event. The festivals will be lots of fun for the young players as well as giving them an extra insight into the different ways we can be physically active which is vital to their long-term development.
We can’t wait to see the festivals in action and are looking forward the children coming back to the centres to get involved in the other junior sports activities we have available."
