Air Show Trade Stands

Blackpool Air Show Trade Stand Application

Last year, the Blackpool Air Show was one of the region’s biggest events, attracting an estimated 350,000 people to the Promenade over the two days.
 
The weekend show will feature a whole host of incredible flying machines with the full programme of civil and military aircraft to be confirmed shortly.
 
To complement the aerial programme, there will be plenty to see and do on the ground with a wide range of stalls, attractions and food concessions in the Air Show Village on the Tower Festival Headland.

Applications

Applications are now open and VisitBlackpool are looking for a mix of stands including catering offers. The following documents will need to be submitted for an application to be considered:

  • Completed application form

  • Signed acceptance of full terms and conditions of trading

  • Completed temporary trading questionnaire (opens in a new window)

  • Infrastructure/product risk assessment

  • Completed site specific risk assessment (this will be provided as a blank RA form with site specific risks included for you to complete)

  • Public and products liability and employers liability insurance certificates (Minimum £5 million cover)

  • Invoice address with company registration number

Applications submitted without any of the above documents WILL NOT be considered.

Timings: Set up between TBC on the day of the event; Trading allowed between 11:00-18:00hrs
Attendance: Estimated 300,000+ over the two days

Successful applications will be notified with confirmed costs week commencing 4 May 2026
