VisitBlackpool Visitor Information

Our Tourist Information Centre inside Festival House will be closed from 5pm, Tuesday 9 December as we prepare for our exciting move.
We’ll be reopening soon in our brand-new home on Bank Hey Street, inside The Blackpool Tower.

Any email enquiries will be responded to from Friday 12 December onwards, and we'll let you know when the team are available to be contacted over the phone and in our brand new Visitor Information Centre.

We can’t wait to welcome you there!

Steve Deakin

Senior Visitor Services Assistant

I’ve been at VisitBlackpool since 2004, starting off in the post room and eventually finding my way into the Tourist Information Centre where I’ve been the supervisor for the last 5 years.
