by Visit Blackpool
LIVE at the Grand Theatre Blackpool, Sunday 8 and Monday 9 March 2015
Dare to get up close and personal this half term when interactive children’s show Dinosaur Zoo comes to Blackpool Grand direct from the West End!
Fresh from its success at the Edinburgh Festival and following a UK and international autumn tour, the awesome Dinosaur Zoo is back by popular demand for a major UK tour.
Australian-based creators Erth Visual & Physical use ingenious puppetry to bring dinosaurs to life in this imaginative live production which is both a show and interactive experience for all the family. The perfect day out, Dinosaur Zoo introduces audiences to a range of creatures from cute baby dinos to teeth-gnashing giants, including the carnivorous ‘Australovenator’ – Australia’s version of the American T-Rex.
Get closer to the action with the special ‘Danger Seats’, which allow some intrepid audience members allowed to get up on stage and assist the Zoo Keepers in their daily tasks. But be warned – not all of these ravenous reptiles are as tame as they seem! Performances conclude with a post-show ‘meat & greet’, offering you a chance to meet the dinosaurs in person.
Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to introduce your children to the mesmerising prehistoric world of the dinosaurs with Dinosaur Zoo – the sensational interactive stage show at the Grand Theatre, Blackpool on Sunday 8 and Monday 9 March.
