Beach House Launch Summer Menu

The Fylde Coast’s favourite beachfront bar and bistro turned up the heat this week with the official VIP launch of its highly anticipated Summer Menu, inspired by the bold, fresh flavours of the Mediterranean and South America.

The exclusive event at Beach House Blackpool on Wednesday 9 April welcomed a glittering guestlist of local celebrities, media personalities, local councillors and even a Member of Parliament to enjoy a lively evening of sunshine, seaside views and a selection of tempting taster dishes from the vibrant new menu.

The exciting event also gave everyone a chance to enjoy the effortlessly chic new interior design of the stylish seafront hotspot following the recent refurbishment.
 
Guests slipped into cosy booths and relaxed on the terrace to watch the sunset as the Beach House team rolled out a fabulous feast of sunshine-infused small plates and signature wines, all showcasing the big flavours and culinary creativity behind this season’s mouthwatering Mediterranean-inspired menu from Executive Chef Diego Martinez.

The sizzling Summer Menu features the freshest seafood and locally produced meats, all mixed with the fruity and fresh, sour and sweet flavours of Diego’s South American homeland, using the intense flavours of tropical fruits such as pineapple, mango and passionfruit.

Guests were treated to some tasty and tantalising new dishes including Montaditos, rustic breads of wild mushrooms and hummus, Heritage tomatoes and Parma ham, plantain cakes with pineapple infused king prawns, Peruvian Hake tacos with guacamole salsa, Mykonos feta bites, herby chicken pinxchos and a selection of wood fired pizzas. 

The stunning new sun-kissed menu will also be served up with a side of breathtaking sea views, eclectic live entertainment and the laid-back luxe atmosphere that Beach House is famous for…

Beach House Blackpool is located at Festival House, Promenade, Blackpool, and is open Monday to Thursday from 12noon to 11pm, Friday from 12noon to 1am, Saturday from 9am to 1am and Sunday from 9am to 11pm.
