About the Blackpool Tower Dungeon
Please note: The Blackpool Tower Dungeon is currently closed due to being in a Tier 3 area. We hope to welcome you back soon.
Without further ado, let’s meet the people who will guide you through the Dungeon.
The Jester
Every party needs a good host, and the Jester is here to make sure you’re suitably entertained before you descend into the depths of The Blackpool Tower Dungeon. A word of warning though - the Jester is probably the nicest person you’ll meet on your journey, it only gets crazier from here!
The Doctor’s Assistant
You really didn’t want to get ill during the Middle Ages, and after the Doctor’s Assistant has shown you some of their latest ‘cures’, you’ll see why! If that wasn’t bad enough, some of the Doctor’s leeches seem to have escaped, and who knows where they could have got to?
The Torturer
You’ve probably heard a little bit about the sort of punishments that were handed out to criminals in the Middle Ages. The Dungeon’s resident Torturer allows you to get closer to the action than you might have expected. Are you brave enough to help him demonstrate?
Judge Blackheart
Silence in court! Judge Blackheart isn’t here to mess around - he’s pretty sure you’re guilty, all that’s left is to decide what your punishment should be.
The Skippool Smugglers
The Skippool Smugglers need your help to get their loot out of the Dungeon and keep it from falling into Revenue hands. There’s just one problem. They have it on good authority that there’s a spy amongst you.
The Pendle Witches
The Middle Ages were notoriously not very nice to anyone they decided was a witch. The women of Pendle know this all too well, as their gruesome tale will reveal.
The Drop Dead Ride
You’ve reached the end of the road at The Blackpool Tower Dungeon, and it looks like you might just escape in one piece. That is, until you’re captured and sentenced to a turn on our thrilling Drop Dead Ride. It was nice knowing you! Don’t forget to enjoy a drink at The Hangman’s Tavern on your way out!
