Westem Illuminated Tram Courtesy of David Umpleby Experience the magic of an Illuminations visit on a Historic or Illuminated tram, including the famous Illuminated Western Train which has been back on track since 2009 thanks to a grant from the Lottery Heritage Fund

Tours start from the North Pier Tram stop every night. The first tour will start shortly after the Illuminations are switched on.

No booking is required and tours are provided to meet demand. This means on quiet nights there may be no later tours.
On busy nights (Saturdays and October Half term week) extra tours will be operated by Vintage trams.

Travelcards, Zonecards, Metro Savers and Concessionary passes are NOT valid on this tour.
