Tourist Information Centre

The Blackpool Tourist Information Centre has recently moved from it's home on Clifton Street to a brand new location, Festival House, which is situated on the Tower Festival Headland, across the promenade from The Blackpool Tower.  Make sure you pop by and say hello!

Our  fantastic new Tourist Information Centre  features state of the art screens to give you a taster of everything that Blackpool has to offer, without leaving the TIC.  Look out for our new range of Blackpool merchandise, there are plenty of funky items and keepsakes to remind you of your holidays.

The Tourist Information Centre, based at Festival House on the Promenade, will now be open seven days a week. The new opening hours will see the TIC open 9am - 6pm Mondays and Tuesdays, 9am - 5pm Wednesdays to Saturdays and 10am - 4pm Sundays.
