It has been brought to our attention that a group of people are attempting to sell counterfeit tickets on Pay and Display car parks.

DO NOT purchase tickets from ANYONE on our car parks no matter what their excuse is for offering it or how convincing they may sound.

You must ONLY purchase a Pay and Display ticket from a machine sited on the car park you wish to use. Anyone purchasing and using a counterfeit ticket on our car parks will be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice and their vehicle details will be passed to the police for further investigation.

Blackpool Council is working with Blackpool police to deal with the issue on its car parks and CCTV is monitoring them in order to gather evidence for use in any future action deemed necessary.

We want you to enjoy your visit to Blackpool - please don’t let these unscrupulous people spoil it for you by tempting you to purchase a fake ticket.
