It's a breath of fresh air!

Nestling little more than a mile inland is Blackpool's Green Flag winning Stanley Park is a horticultural gem.

Stone statues stare out across formal borders and frothing fountains in the Italian Gardens.  There are pathways galore leading to quiet corners, with bridges across the lake and a chance to take to the waters in hire boats.

Find refreshment – from a snack to a hearty home cooked meal – in the splendid art deco café where diners are often serenaded to the sounds of live jazz on Sundays.

Check out the latest exhibition in the new Visitor Centre and families should not overlook the children’s playground, pitch and putt, tennis, crown green bowling or a madcap round of crazy golf.
