Blackpool is by far and away Britain’s favourite beach resort, which is why we like to say Blackpool has it all!
We proved last year with our #BlackpoolsBack campaign that the resort has got so much to offer for everyone: young or old!
This year we’ve gone one better with our #BlackpoolHasItAll campaign. Take a look at our Twitter, Instagram or Facebook and search the hashtag to see the number of people enjoying themselves at the Blackpool Tower, Tower Festival Headland, Comedy Carpet and more.
Get involved yourself: retweet us, post on Facebook and share on Instagram with the #BlackpoolHasItAll hashtag to be in with a chance of winning some great prizes!

Things to do in Blackpool
If you’re looking for summer holiday ideas or want to make plans for the weekend, here are just a few of the super-duper things – from Nickelodeon Land to The Blackpool Tower – just waiting for you to see!
Big days out
The Blackpool Tower – The iconic centre point of this famous resort was constructed in 1894 and continues to provide joy to residents and visitors alike.
Blackpool Winter Gardens – Following a recent £1.25m refurbishment to its Church Street entrance, Rotunda Hall and Floral Hall, the improved Winter Gardens entertainment complex offers a variety of fun and activities for everyone, all year round.
Blackpool Opera House – The famous Opera House opened in 1939 and has seen the likes of Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland and Tom Jones perform. Still, to this day, there are regular performances from stars of world music, as well as a great line-up of West End shows, which you can book online.
Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Nickelodeon Land – Get your adrenaline pumping on the thrilling rides, or take the kids to Nickelodeon Land, where they can meet characters from their favorite TV shows – including SpongeBob SquarePants!
Blackpool Zoo – Meet all your favourite animals and have a wild day out with the big cats, elephants, giraffes and gorillas.
Sandcastle Waterpark – A day out at Sandcastle Waterpark – the UK’s largest indoor waterpark – will see you get a little wet but the kids will love it and we reckon you will too!
Did you know that you can now get your hands on the Blackpool Resort Pass? That means you can see the very best of Blackpool for the best possible price – the pass gives you one visit to each attraction (there are six included in total, or you can add three more for an extra fee) across seven days.
Free things to do in Blackpool
Blackpool Beach – Take a walk on Blackpool’s very own Blue Flag beach, or take your buckets and spades and make a day of it.
Comedy Carpet Blackpool – 850 comedians and writers are represented on the Comedy Carpet, which is the resort’s very own homage to funny performers who have made us laugh down the years.
