Breakfast 2013
A warm, friendly welcome combined with spotless, comfortable rooms and food to die for - that's something that most hotels aspire to achieve but here at the Briardene we deliver it consistently to every one of our guests.
If you're celebrating a special occasion or organising a business or social event, our team at the Briardene will be happy to discuss your requirements, guide you through the day and ensure that the event matches your expectations. The hotel is renowned for its excellent cuisine, while our facilities and service far exceed our three star status.
Located in the centre of the popular Fylde Coast, just a few minutes away from Blackpool, the hotel provides a perfect location for your visit, whether for business or leisure.
All of our bedrooms are en-suite, each beautifully furnished with modern decor and a wide range of facilities. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, bathroom toiletries, flatscreen TV, hairdryer, ironing facilities, telephone and internet connection.
Our hearty breakfast offerings have received rave reviews, and in the evening, the Curbside Brasserie provides some of the best contemporary cooking on the Fylde coast from head chef, Dean Heywood, a two star Michelin trained chef who has worked under the influential Daniel Galmiche at Knockinaam Lodge in Scotland and also Lancashire celebrity chef, Paul Heathcote.
Just a short walk from the Briardene is the award winning Cleveleys sea front which has benefitted from a £20 million restoration programme. The hotel is located close to the bright lights of Blackpool but only a short distance from the M55 motorway, Lake District, Ribble Valley and Yorkshire Dales as well as Preston, Manchester and Liverpool.
